EXCHANGE POLICY

NOT QUITE WHAT YOU HAD IN MIND?

We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for any merchandise that is in it’s original packaging and is in unused condition within 7 days of sale. You must contact us within 7 days of sale to initiate return, and then return the shipment within another 7 days. All return shipping fees have to be paid for by the customer.

We do not issue full refunds for any merchandise. Jewelry, food items, and sale items are final sale.

ITEM(S) MUST BE:

  1. IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: Merchandise must be regular price, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging/with tags attached. Receipt/Proof of purchase is required.
  2. WITHIN THE EXCHANGE PERIOD: All exchanges must be within 7 days from the date of purchase.

NO EXCHANGE ON MADE TO ORDER OR CUSTOM ITEMS.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment as you are responsible for damage or loss during return shipment.
